SuperCamps Purley school holiday club runs from Cumnor House Girls School, situated on stunning grounds with great facilities perfect for the Multi-Activity camps we run at this venue.
With 6 acres of grounds that include a sports field, games area and sports hall Cumnor House Girls School has great amenities to host SuperCamps holiday kids camps. At camp, children will take part in one of over 80 different activities that range from painting and collaging to ball games and racket sports. Children who attend our South Croydon holiday club will also be encouraged to socialise and play together to support key developmental growth.
With local stations nearby including Purley and Reedham, Cumnor House Girls School is a convenient location for parents and guardians in the area.

There is limited parking at the school, please follow the SuperCamps directional signage to the sign in/out area, which can be found at the entrance tunnel to the right of the main school reception.
Introducing your Camp Manager
Your Camp Manager is due to be Josh.
Your Early Year Managers are due to be Malachi.
During camp dates and opening hours, you can reach your Camp Manager on 07912 210040. Please note that the camp manager's number may be affected by signal from certain areas in the school; however, they will be reachable by iMessage and WhatsApp. (Note: This number is not for bookings. If you have a booking enquiry, please call our customer service team on 01235 467 300).
Special Notes:
PLEASE NOTE -when collecting/dropping off to only use the venues car park and refrain from driving/parking on the grass or outsite the site.We would ask parents to use the in,out system as signposted on the site. And to please be respectful when driving through the estate and Woodcote lane as this can lead to complaints from the residents.
Attending: Please review your booking one final time to double check your dates, child details and contact numbers are correct before arriving at camp.
Not Attending: All parents must notify your Camp Manager if your children are NOT attending. Please call or text the camp phone number shown above.
Drop-off: Please drop your children off from 9am (unless you have specifically booked and paid for extended care which starts at 8am). Sign-in closes at 9:15am.
If you are going to be late, please contact the Camp Manager on the phone number listed above to agree drop-off arrangements.
Pick-up: Please collect children by 5pm* daily (unless you have specifically booked and paid for extended care from 5pm-6pm)
*St Mary's Preperatory School standard hours 9.00am - 4.30pm (8.30am - 5.00pm with extended care)
Late pick-ups: Super Camps is required to vacate school premises’ at 6pm. Any children collected beyond this will be subject to the late pick-up charge outlined in our terms and conditions.
Extended care: For those that have booked and paid for Extended Care sessions, they run from 8am-9am (AM) and 5pm-6pm (PM).

Specialist Courses: Please follow Multi-Activity checklist as a guide. RISE Cookery participants should bring Tupperware each day.
Electronic items (including mobile phones, tablets and game consoles etc.) are prohibited on camp. If found, they will be taken away by our team and handed back to the parent at sign-out.
Cash and Valuables should not be brought to camp. SuperCamps will not be held responsible for any misplaced, lost or damaged property.
Please be aware no nuts are to be brought onto camp.
Please send your child with a refillable water bottle, healthy packed lunch and 2 snacks.
Our suggestions for a balanced packed lunch below:

Comfortable clothing for an active day, including practical shoes and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty
(Paint may be used in some art activities, so an apron or spare shirt would be handy!)
Sunny Weather: A sun hat, suitable warm-weather clothes and sun cream.
Cooler Weather: Comfortable clothes including a jacket/coat and jumper.
For Specialist Courses: Please take guidance from the general recommendations above.
- Chelsea FC camps: trainers/multi-purpose boots (football boots for grass pitches only); shinpads recommended.
- RISE Cookery: Apron will be provided, please remember to bring Tupperware each day.
It is part of our commitment to the health and safety of all children attending our camps, that each season high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are regulated and upheld in line with current NHS and Government updates and advice. We would like to reassure all parents that existing control measures are in place on camp, ensuring that children are encouraged to maintain good personal hygiene and that appropriate sanitary provisions are available to all. Please refer to our illness and infection policies and procedures for further details.
On first arrival please be sure to let your Camp Manager know of any specific needs that your child may have that have not already been shared.
-Medication on camp: If your child requires any medication whilst attending camp we ask all parents to complete our Medicine Consent form and our Anaphylactic Consent Form, please complete and bring it with you on your child’s first day. If you are unable to complete and print a form to bring with you, we will ask you to do this on your child’s first day when arriving at sign in.
We have a form for you to fill in to get to know your child a little better. If you could download and print this form and bring it on your first day at camp if your child is aged 5 or younger.
If your child has SEN you may be required to complete our SEND all about me form, please complete and bring it with you on your child’s first day. If you are unable to complete and print a form to bring with you, we will ask you to do this on your child’s first day when arriving at sign in.
We are proud of our reputation for offering quality camps and excellent service. If you experience any issues, no matter how small, please ensure you raise these in the first instance with the Camp Manager so that we have the earliest possible chance of helping or putting something right.
Please ensure you have provided a UK contact number in case of an emergency.
