Meet the Team
Meet David!
“I’ve been working for SuperCamps since I was at University. It’s a great way to build skills for a future career in the childcare sector and has given me a range of ideas to use in my classroom, including art and sport activities that I didn’t learn during my teaching degree!
There is excellent scope for career progression; I started as an Activity Instructor and since that time have experienced many roles including Early Years Practitioner, Camp Manager, Regional Manager… right up to now as Senior Regional Manager.
If you’re passionate, hardworking and enjoy working with children, I would encourage you to apply to work at SuperCamps today!’
Meet Ryan!
“I started working for SuperCamps in October 2020, starting as an Activity Leader. Since then I’ve been an Assistant Camp Manager, Roaming Activity Leader and this October I’ll be a Camp Manager at Royal Masonic School. During term time, I’m at Royal Masonic doing my teacher training.”
Ryan's favourite memory at SuperCamps so far was watching staff members take turns racing through the inflatable course.

"I think outside of the training, it’s really important to understand that SuperCamps isn’t just the staff on camp. It’s a welcoming company where the staff are really looked after. People know there’s more than just the camp managers, everyone knows what’s going on, all the way up to Head Office and the Operational team. Everything is under control. You never have to go to bed worrying something hasn’t been delt with or handled. It’s a wider company than just the camp.”
