Food is not provided on camp, so we ask that you please send your child to camp with a packed lunch, as welll as two additional snacks. We encourage parents to prepared a well-balanced lunch packed with the nutrients needed to keep your child happy, healthy and energised for an active day on camp.

We operate on a strict no-nut policy at SuperCamps to protect children with allergies.

For further guidance on what to pack, visit out blog for some super lunch box ideas.

Children have an hour for lunch: the first 30 minutes is spent eating with friends and instructors, and then there’s another 30 minutes to run around, play games, or chill out. We also have two 20-minute breaks – one in the morning and one in the afternoon – during which the children can enjoy their snacks. Lunch and breaks are fully supervised and children are encouraged to eat all of their lunch.

Regular camp hours are from 9am-5pm. We offer extended care from 8am-6pm for more flexibility.

We take a 20 minute break in the morning and another in the afternoon as well as an hour lunch break.

At sign-in we also display the week's timetable so you can see what your child will be up to, here's an example timbetable:

Our philosophy for activities is to ensure every session is packed with energy and fun. We want children to try new experiences, develop new skills, and go home feeling tired but happy after a full day of engaging activities. You will be able to see what your child is doing by viewing the daily timetable available at the registration area when you sign them in at camp.

Can children choose their activities?

For Early Years children, we offer a balance of child-led and adult-led activities. The structured timetable is based on staff and parent feedback, designed in line with the areas of learning outlined in Ofsted's EYFS framework. This approach ensures that younger children are supported in their learning while also having opportunities to follow their own interests.

For children aged 6+ years, the timetable moves towards more team-based activities and challenges, promoting collaboration and social interaction. We also include flexible "chill and choose" sessions, where children can take a break and select activities that interest them from a range of options. While the day follows a semi-structured plan, there are times when the group collectively decides on a preferred activity.

With new themes each season and a different timetable every day, every on-camp experience is unique, keeping things fresh and exciting for all children.
